Дифференциальный анализ алгоритма системного кровообращения в условиях покоя и его реакция на задержку дыхания у офицеров среднего возраста при мягкой умеренной артериальной гипертензии

Abstract

У больных среднего возраста с мягкой умеренной артериал ой гипертензией величина среднего артериального покоя определялась исключительно аномально высоким периферическим сосудистым сопротивлением. Высокий уровень сред^е-о артериального давления у данных больных с гипертонической болезнью угнетал действие барорефлекса в ответ на снижение периферического сосудистого сопротивления за 20 секунд произвольной задержки дыхания.

In men of the middle age with the primary mild-moderate arterial hypertension the level of the mean arterial pressure (MAP) was totally determined by the high peripheral vascular resistance. High MAP in these patients inhibits action of the arterial baroreflex in response to the decrease of peripheral vascular resistance, induced by the voluntary ceasing of breathing (20 seconds).
