Незаменимым средством здесь было и есть трудовое соперничество, соревнование, которое в советский период широко внедрялось в трудовые коллективы. В последние годы это движение соперничества пробуждается, реанимируется.
In article the most important component of work on human resource management -development of its creative activity is considered. Irreplaceable means here was and there is a labor rivalry, competition which during the Soviet period widely took root into labor collectives.
