Abstract

Lack/shortage of effective and considering specific character of Russian conditions methodological accumulation and practical experience in realization of cluster projects and trained specialists able to realize them, lack of effective systems of interaction of authorities of various levels when choosing cluster models can be considered as the most serious problem at present time.

Наиболее серьезной проблемой в настоящее время может быть признано отсутствие/недостаток эффективных и учитывающих специфику российских условий методических наработок и практического опыта реализации кластерных проектов и подготовленных специалистов, способных их реализовывать, отсутствие эффективных схем взаимодействия органов власти разных уровней при выборе моделей кластеров.
