Влияние интенсивной пластической деформации кручением на кинетику старения ß-титанового сплава Ti-15Mo

Abstract

Исследовано влияние кручения под высоким давлением на кинетику старения β-титанового сплава Ti-15Mo. Изучены особенности старения как недеформированных образцов, так и образцов после интенсивной пластической деформации (ИПД). Выполнен анализ структуры и фазового состава с помощью просвечивающей электронной микроскопии и рентгенофазового анализа, проведено измерение микротвердости.

Influence of high pressure torsion on ageing kinetics of β-titanium alloy Ti-15Mo was investigated. The ageing features of non-deformed samples and samples after severe plastic deformation (SPD) was studied. Analysis of the structure and phase composition was performed by transmission electron microscopy and X-Ray. Measurement of microhardness was carried out.
