Abstract

The methodological foundations for construction of a mathematical model of a vibrating surface hardening long parts interacting with the granular medium of steel balls are considered. The technique of construction of sustainable vibration interaction with the unilateral nature of the links is developed. The theoretical basis for drawing up analytical relations defining features of the implementation processes of interaction with the continuous tossing is proposed. The possibility of simplification model vibration stand from the system with 6 degrees of freedom to the one-dimensional model is proposed and studied. Conditions of symmetrical arrangement of the inertial vibration excitation of vibrations are formulated. The elements of concept of vibrating interaction with the surface of the granular medium, explaining the features of dynamic regimes, in particular, the observed beats in the implementation of the dominant vertical oscillations are developed.
