The article presents the notion of disciplinary responsibility of military personnel. While generalizing the disciplinary practice of the military units and military courts a number of theoretical and applied disciplinary military institute of responsibility issues was identified. During the analysis and theoretical understanding of the problems of disciplinary responsibility of military personnel its possible solutions are presented

В рассматриваемой статье дается понимание дисциплинарной ответственности военнослужащих. При обобщении дисциплинарной практики воинских частей и военных судов выявлен ряд теоретических и прикладных проблем института дисциплинарной ответственности военнослужащих. При анализе и теоретическом осмыслении существующих проблем дисциплинарной ответственности военнослужащих представлены возможные варианты их решения.
