Abstract

В рамках программы «Педагогические кадры России» рассматривается улучшение и повышение социального статуса работников образования, государство способствует разработке и экспериментальной апробации моделей реформирования системы подготовки педагогических кадров, ее организации и аттестации руководителей. Образовательная политика России отражает общенародные интересы и проходит важнейший этап модернизации.Within the framework of the "Pedagogical Personnel of Russia" program, the author of the article considers enhancement and upgrading of the pedagogues' social status, state support in elaboration and piloting of the models of pedagogic personnel training system reform, its organization, as well as attestation of managers. Educational policy of Russia reflects popular interests and goes through a very important stage of modernization.
