Abstract

The article discusses the process of obtaining information about the object of study in terms of code informing. The information is converted according to the following criteria: lie, deception, truth, and presented in the form of characters and digits. Mental activity of investigator related to decoding the information received, recreating the process of informing, establishing of its code forms, indirect and linear codes generated between an individual conducting the test and an individual being tested. The author performs the analysis of abstract expressions presented in the form of diagrams, entity of information interaction between criminal activities on the one hand, and identification and disclosure of crimes on the other hand, taking into account the knowledge of reflexive rings from the world (from the objective model of crime) to a man, and from a man to the world (to the vision of the crime passed) as the ascent from the abstract to the concrete, as dialectics of deductive and inductive, as a complex unity of movement's techniques on an unpredictable field of mental activity.
