Влияние изменения градостроительного и смежного законодательства на развитие городов и других населенных пунктов

Abstract

Clause is devoted to the analysis of changes in development of cities and in town-planning designing, events under influence of new legislative base in town-planning and in the adjacent legislation. Questions of change of character of not predicted factors of development economic and legal and their influences on development structures of cities are considered. The estimation of the acts supposing development of settlements without development of the town-planning documentation is given.

Статья посвящена анализу изменений в развитии городов и в градостроительном проектировании, произошедших под воздействием новой законодательной базы в градостроительстве и в смежном законодательстве. Рассмотрены вопросы изменения характера непрогнозируемых факторов развития экономических и юридических и их воздействия на развитие планировочной структуры городов. Дана оценка законодательных актов, допускающих развитие населенных пунктов без разработки градостроительной документации.
