Abstract

В данной статье раскрываются вопросы применения обратной силы уголовного закона в отношении лиц, отбывающих или отбывших наказания в виде лишения свободы, судимость у которые не погашена на момент вступления в силу нового закона, способного на этих стадиях улучшить положение лица.
