УСЛОВНО-ДОСРОЧНОЕ ОСВОБОЖДЕНИЕ НЕСОВЕРШЕННОЛЕТНИХ ОСУЖДЕННЫХ К ЛИШЕНИЮ СВОБОДЫ

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основания, условия и порядок условно-досрочного освобождения несовершеннолетних осужденных, особенности представления интересов таких осужденных в суде. Автором дана правовая оценка возмещения ущерба несовершеннолетними осужденными, возложения на них обязанностей и осуществления контроля после условно-досрочного освобождения из мест лишения свободы.The article deals with the grounds, conditions and the procedure of parole of the juvenile offenders, and representing their interests in court. The author gives legal assessment of compensation by the juvenile offenders. The questions connected with the giving responsibility to the juvenile offenders and their supervision after parole from the places of deprivation of liberty are also considered.
