Развитие профессиональных компетенций студентов в процессе исследовательской деятельности

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы подготовки конкурентоспособного специалиста, который востребован на современном рынке труда. Показано развитие профессиональной компетенции студентов в процессе исследовательской деятельности. В статье представлен практический опыт по формированию компетенций студентов применительно к профессиональной деятельности.

The article deals with the questions of training competitive specialists who is in-demand by a contemporary labor market. The article shows the development of vocational competences of students in the process of research work. The article represents practical experience of forming students' competences applied to vocational activities.
