ВОПРОСЫ РАССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ПОХИЩЕНИЯ ЛЮДЕЙ И НЕЗАКОННОГО ЛИШЕНИЯ СВОБОДЫ В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

Abstract

В статье говорится о посягательстве на свободу человека путем его похищения. Кратко представлен объемный и многозначительный комплекс проблем и вопросов, стоящих в процессе расследования подобных преступлений. Указано, что раскрыть это преступление возможно лишь при умелом взаимодействии следственных, оперативно-розыскных и криминалистических подразделений.

The article discusses the attack on the freedom of man by his abduction. Briefly voluminous and significant set of problems and issues in the process of investigating such crimes is presented. It is stated that to solve this crime is possible only with skillful interaction of the investigation, investigative and forensic units.
