Abstract

The article deals with competition jurisdiction of the World Trade Organization and regional trade agreements, and the principles of law applicable to the settlement of international disputes. In particular, the authors examine the internal procedures for resolving international trade disputes at RTA.

Статья посвящена конкуренции юрисдикций Всемирной торговой организации и региональных торговых соглашений, а также принципам права, применимым при урегулировании межгосударственных споров. В частности, авторами рассмотрены внутренние процедуры разрешения межгосударственных торговых споров в РТС.
