Способы совершения контрабанды огнестрельного оружия и боеприпасов

Abstract

The notion of the methods of committing of crimes in the theory of criminal law and forensic science is considered. The methods of committing smuggling of firearms and ammunition are analyzed, their characteristics are given.

Рассмотрено понятие способов совершения преступления в теории уголовного право и криминалистической науки. Проанализированы способы совершения контрабанды огнестрельного оружия и боеприпасов и дана их характеристика.
