Комплексный подход к определению длительности производственного цикла в отраслях с нештучным учетом выпускаемой продукции

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ литературных источников и доказана необходимость разработки методики определения длительности производственного цикла в производствах, ведущих учет выпускаемой продукции по метражу, по весу, по объему или по площади. Предложен авторский подход к определению отдельных элементов времени. Разработана методика определения технологического времени, основанная на учете длительности выработки продукции на выпускном (ведущем, головном) оборудовании и учета времени наработки передаточных партий на предыдущих и последующих переходах.In the article the analysis of literary sources and the necessity of developing a methodology to assess the duration of the production cycle in industries, leading to the accounting of products by the meter, by weight, by volume or by area. The author's approach to definition of separate elements of time. The technique of determining technological time-based duration of performance at graduation (master, head) equipment and accounting of operating time of the conveying parties on the previous and subsequent transitions.
