Abstract

In this article the algorithm of computer processing of digital electrocardiograms (ECG) is given. It helps to identify R-cogs, to analyze the rhythm of cardiac systoles and to diagnose arrhythmia, tachycardia and bradycardia. This approach to programmed identification of diagnostic symptoms is based on picking out of ECG extreme elements with the help of sorting diagrams. The process of ECG processing goes with the division of the whole cardiogram into sections of the certain length with the use of the data obtained at the current section for the analysis of the subsequent sections. Owing to sorting application as the main chart of ECG processing including R-cog’s tops identification the process of working out doesn’t change the meaning and the position of the signal under analysis. Hence the accumulation of calculating inaccuracy is eliminated. The offered algorithm is stable in the enumerated diagnostic indications construction.
