Правовое регулирование межгосударственного управления в контексте формирования современных мегапространств

Abstract

Purpose. To consider the functioning process of international mega space. The authors studied integration processes taking place in the world economic space. Methods. Research methodology is based on applying general theoretical methods, including the method of logical synthesis, analysis, as well as special legal methods, including a formal-legal one. Results. The authors studied original texts of international agreements and their projects; identified the need for the urgent search of a new balance of private and public principles and mega space coordination mechanisms, in particular, in foreign trade. Scientific novelty and originality. On the basis of the studied texts of international agreements and their projects the authors set the ratio and interdependence of individual needs of business entities and public interest included in megaspace of the states that fated huge importance of foreign markets. Financing. The study was performed with financial support of the basic part of state task of the University. Project No. 2932.

Цель. Рассмотреть процесс функционирования международных мегапространств. В фокусе изучения авторов интеграционные процессы, протекающие в мировом экономическом пространстве. Методы. Методология исследования основывается на применении как общетеоретических методов, включая метод логического обобщения, анализа, так и специально правовых методов, включая формально-юридический. Результаты. Изучены оригинальные тексты международных соглашений и их проекты. Выявлена необходимость неотложного поиска нового соотношения частных и публичных принципов и механизмов координации мегапространств, в частности, во внешнеторговой сфере. Научная новизна. На основе изученных текстов международных соглашений и их проектов установлено соотношение и взаимозависимость индивидуальной потребности хозяйствующих субъектов и публичного интереса, включенных в мегапространства, государств, который предопределен огромной значимостью внешних рынков. Финансирование. Исследование выполнено в рамках базовой части государственного задания вузу. Проект № 2932.
