
The influence of the electric current on the shrinkage process of the spherical copper powder (99.99 % purity) using spark plasma sintering (SPS) is investigated. The novel ideas of the fundamental experimentation involving the comparative analyses of SPS setups, which include and exclude the presence of the electric current under the same pressure and temperature conditions, are described.
Рассмотрено влияние электрического тока на процесс уплотнения сферического порошка меди (99,99 % чистоты) при спарк-плазменном спекании (СПС). Представлен новый подход к фундаментальным сравнительным экспериментам по СПС с использованием оснастки, позволяющей включить и исключить присутствие электрического тока при одинаковом давлении и температуре (СПС-осадка).
