Abstract

Results of treatment of 135 victims with damage of a pancreas and results of experimental researches lead on 127 white rats are analysed. It is established, that expansion of volume of operation on damaged iron does not conduct to improvement of results of treatment. Phase changes of average perfusion blood in a pancreas are revealed at development of an experimental posttraumatic pancreatitis. Development destruction in iron coincided on time with a phase re-perfusion. Local hypothermya pancreas reduced rate re-perfusion and reduced a degree destruction its fabrics. By results of research the technique intraoperation preventive maintenance of complications of damages of a pancreas is developed.
