Влияние экстракта Leptopyrum fumarioides (Ranunculaceae) на холерез у белых крыс при токсическом гепатите

Abstract

Проводили исследования фармакотерапевтической эффективности сухого экстракта Leptopyrum fumarioides (L.) Reichenb. при токсическом гепатите. Установлено, что курсовое введение экстракта Leptopyrum fumarioides в дозе 200 мг / кг при экспериментальном токсическом гепатите у белых крыс сопровождается выраженным гепатопротекторным влиянием, характеризующимся ингибированием нарушений желчеобразовательной и желчевыделительной функции и деструктивных изменений в печени.

It was established pharmacotherapeutic efficiency of Leptopyrum fumarioides (L.) Reichenb. dry on the toxic hepatitis model. The Leptopyrum fumarioides extract was shown expressed caused of inhibiting of cholerforming and choleretic function of liver and their destructive changes.
