Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с введением института медиации в уголовно-правовое и уголовно-процессуальное пространство России. По мнению автора, существует реальная возможность применять медиационные процедуры при рассмотрении уголовных дел о преступлениях небольшой тяжести (уголовных проступках).

The paper analyzes the issue of introducing the institute of mediation in the Russian criminal law and criminal procedure spheres. The author believes that there exists a true possibility for the use of mediation procedures in the trials on misdemeanors (criminal infractions).
