Концептуальные основы формирования системы управления конкурентоспособностью самолетостроительного сектора российской авиационной промышленности

Abstract

Статья посвящена решению актуальной проблемы обеспечения конкурентоспособности российских воздушных судов на внутреннем и мировом рынке авиационной техники. Предложены авторские уточнения определений конкурентоспособности, конкурентного преимущества и слабости отрасли, управления конкурентоспособностью отрасли, системы управления конкурентоспособностью отрасли. Обоснована необходимость формирования многоуровневой системы управления конкурентоспособностью самолетостроительного сектора отечественной авиационной промышленности, рассмотрены её структура и функции.

The article is devoted to the solution of an urgent problem of the Russian aircraft reduction of competitiveness in the domestic and world aircraft market. The author clarifications of the concepts «competitiveness of a branch», «competitive advantage of a branch», «weak points of a branch», «competitiveness of a branch management», «management systems of branch competitiveness» are proposed. The necessity of forming of multilevel management system of aircraft section competitiveness is proved; its structure and functions are described.
