Управление формированием нравственно-профессиональных ориентаций у будущих учителей

Abstract

В статье показано, что одной из основных задач профессионального становления и развития личности будущего учителя как компетентного специалиста и человека культуры состоит в том, чтобы ввести студента в мир педагогических ценностей. Формирование нравственно-профессиональных ориентаций, как основы мотивационно-ценностного отношения к педагогической профессии, предопределяет формирование исполнительского компонента профессиональной готовности, выступающего производным от уровня их развития. В статье определено понятие нравственно-профессиональных ориентаций, рассмотрен механизм управления нравственно-профессиональной мотивацией, выявлены педагогические условия формирования нравственно-профессиональных ориентаций у будущих учителей.
