Модернизация экономики регионов на основе формирования системы отраслевых рынков

Abstract

The article examines basic directions of strategy of economical systemic modernization at the regional level, studies the problem to pick up the conceptual approach to regional development. The author proves the necessity of creating a system of indicators to measure the competition of industrial markets in the region, considers a production-territorial clusters as the basic category in creating regional strategies and competitive advantages. The conclusion about the necessity to form regional industry databases on the basis of comprehensive models of quality and competitiveness of individual enterprises and industrial complexes is made.

Анализируются основные направления реализации стратегии системной модернизации экономики на региональном уровне. Изучается проблема выбора концептуального подхода регионального развития. Обосновывается необходимость создания системы показателей оценки конкуренции отраслевых рынков региона. Рассматривается производственно-территориальный кластер как базовая категория при формировании стратегий и конкурентных преимуществ регионов. Делается вывод о необходимости формирования региональных отраслевых баз данных на основе комплексных моделей качества и конкурентоспособности отдельных предприятий и производственных комплексов.
