Abstract

We observed a group of outpatients with stage III arterial hypertension having high and very high risk of cardiovascular ailments who received combined antihypertensive therapy with Lisoretic and Presartan. Cardioand nephroprotective effects as well as a target level of arterial pressure were achieved within 10 months under observation.

На амбулаторном этапе лечения наблюдалась группа больных артериальной гипертонией III ст. с высоким и очень высоким сердечно-сосудистым риском, получавшая комбинированную гипотензивную терапию Лизоретиком и Презартаном. В течение 10-месячного наблюдения у больных получен кардиои нефропротекторный эффекты и достигнут целевой уровень АД.
