Abstract

The analysis of the vegetative and affective constituent of the pain syndrome in patients with chronic pain syndrome along with the discogenic lumbosacral radiculopathy and acute pain along with musculoskeletal pain syndrome was carried out. The different manifestation degrees vegetative dysfunction was revealed in both groups patients. There were the high level of the personal and reactive anxiety and moderate manifestation depressive symptoms and signs in patients with chronic pain syndrome along with the discogenic lumbosacral radiculopathy. Vegetative disorders’ evidence was influenced by pain intensity, duration of the pain syndrome and its character, expression of the nociceptive and neuropathic aspect of the pain syndrome.
