Влияние противовоспалительной терапии на фагоцитарную активность нейтрофилов больных хронической обструктивной болезнью легких

Abstract

В статье описано влияние противовоспалительной терапии пациентов с хронической обструктивной болезнью легких (ХОБЛ) в стадии обострения на фагоцитарную активность нейтрофилов, активность комплемента, уровень иммунных комплексов и провоспалительного цитокина фактора некроза опухоли–a (ФНОa) в крови и бронхоальвеолярном смыве.

The article presents the effects of anti-inflammatory treatment of exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on the phagocytic activity of neutrophils, complement activity, level of immune complexes and that of the proinflammatory cytokine TNFa in blood and bronchoalveolar fluid.
