The article deals with the problems in the sphere of criminal law relating to the differentiation of a duress to settlement of transaction or to nonsuit of its settlement (st.179 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) from exclusion, limitation or removal of a competition (st.178 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
