Abstract

The intensity of the free-radical reactions and the state of pro-and antioxidant system of rat blood plasma under a model of acute hypoxia corrected by electropulse treatment (SCENAR-therapy) has been investigated. The determination of biochemical parameters was carried out by standard methods, described below. It was established that the metabolism in rats with acute hypoxic syndrome is characterized by activation of free radical oxidation, changes in xanthine and carbohydrate metabolism, the suppression of the activity of antioxidant enzymes. It was shown that the effects of SCENAR electropulse by posthypoxic correction of metabolic processes, contribute to reducing the severity of hypoxic conditions and the inhibition of free-radical oxidation in animals. It is recommended to use SCENAR in the corresponding mode in case of various pathologies involving hypoxic syndrome and the activation of free-radical processes.
