В лекции обсуждаются проблемы диагностики и лечения наследственного заболевания миокарда гипертрофической обструктивной кардиомиопатии (ГОКМП), рассмотрены анатомия сердца и внутрисердечная гемодинамика, наблюдаемые у пациентов с данным заболеванием. Констатировано, что хотя существует много методов для лечения данной патологии медикаментозный, хирургический, имплантация кардиовертеров-дефибрилляторов и др., однако «золотой стандарт» в лечении ГОКМП пока не появился.

The lecture discusses the problems of diagnosis and treatment of hereditary disease of the myocardium hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (GOKMP) and regards the anatomy of the heart and hemodynamics observed in patients with this disease. It was stated that although there are many methods to treat this disease medical, surgical, implantation of cardioverter-defibrillators, etc., but the «gold standard» in the treatment GOKMP not yet appeared.
