Abstract

В статье представлены результаты анализа государственной политики в сфере формирования и регулирования кадрового потенциала органов государственного управления за последние пятнадцать лет, выявлены наиболее острые проблемы в ходе ее реализации и предложены меры по оптимизации кадрового потенциала госслужбы путем совершенствования применения уже используемых социальных технологий в государственном управлении.

The article deals with results of the analysis of state policy in the sphere offormation and regulation of the state human resources over the last fifteen years, the acute issues of the state policy implementation are revealed, and the measures of state human resources optimization with the development of the currently used social technologies in state management are proposed.
