Abstract

Amines containing carboand heterocyclic fragments are received by reaction of nucleophilic substitution of exocyclic atoms of chloromethylgem.dichlorocyclopropane and 4-chloromethyl1,3-dioxolane with primary and secondary amines. It is established that in the reaction of the N-alkylation of chloromethyl-gem.-dichlorocyclopropane is approximately 10 times more active than the 4-chloromethyl-1,3-dioxolane. Use of microwave radiation in the reaction with 4-chloromethyl-1,3-dioxolane made it possible to increase the yield of amines to 90% and to reduce the reaction time to two hours.
