To study the impact cosmic weather upon neuropsychiatric phenomena researchers need additional empirical data relating to various aspects of intellectual and spiritual human activity. In this regard, the data obtained by some retrospective processing of observations and experiments in parapsychology are interesting. Our article is a brief overview of publications whose authors find the effects of cosmic weather in phenomena that before or now usually attributed to the parapsychology. For the analysis of such publications, we use a systematic approach, as well as comparative and hypothetical-deductive method. Cosmic Weather influences both on functioning of navigation system that provides homing, and on efficiency of dowsing. Study of the data presented in the articles we are considering, confirms the impact of some manifestations of cosmic weather upon deviant psyche. Thus, changes in space weather influence appearance of hallucinations, and their different types occur under different levels of geomagnetic activity. We believe that the obtained data allow us to conclude about possibility of interpretation of traditional parapsychological phenomena as synchronous appearance of similar (analogous) symbols or visual patterns from the subconscious of both ‘inducer’ and ‘percipient’.

Представлен краткий обзор публикаций, в которых эффекты космической погоды обнаружены в явлениях, относимых прежде или сейчас к области парапсихологии. Космическая погода влияет на функционирование навигационной системы, обеспечивающей хоминг, а также на эффективность биолокации. Подтверждается воздействие некоторых проявлений космической погоды на девиантную психику. Полученные данные, возможно, позволяют истолковать феномены парапсихологии как синхронное появление из подсознания похожих (аналогичных) символов или зрительных паттернов одновременно у «индуктора» и «перципиента».
