Abstract

The paper deals with the historical fact of the patriotic movement in the Saratov region that involved collection of personal savings for construction of combat airplanes for to the front. The author notes lapses in the work of researchers with historical documents. The attempt to identify, organize and classify the historical sources is made. The discussion of their historical analysis in archeology is given. The paper indicates the need for involving a wide range of historical sources for the study.
