Abstract

The results of clinical and instrumental examination of 63 children with monoand polysymptomatic manifestations of multiple sclerosis are described in the article. The nature of disease course and the results of immunomodulation and symptomatic therapy are described. The technique of therapy using intravenous immunoglobulin (Bioven Mono) injection depending on the character of the course and stage of the disease is grounded.

В статье приведены результаты клинического и инструментального обследования детей с монои полисимптомными проявлениями рассеянного склероза. Описан характер течения заболевания и результаты иммуномодулирующей и симптоматической терапии. Обоснована методика терапии с применением курсового внутривенного введения иммуноглобулина (Биовен Моно) в зависимости от характера течения и стадии заболевания.
