Abstract

The article views the main issues and the results of the negotiations between the USA and the Russian Federation in the sphere of antiballistic missile defence (ABM). The authors present the analysis of the contradictions and some problems to the methods of approaching in creation global and regional ABM systems.

Рассматривается суть и некоторые итоги переговорного процесса между США и Российской Федерацией по противоракетной обороне (ПРО). Выявлены и анализируются противоречия и проблемы в подходах к выстраиванию глобальной и региональной систем ПРО.
