ЗАКРЕПЛЕНИЕ РЕПРОДУКТИВНЫХ ПРАВ ЧЕЛОВЕКА В СЕМЕЙНОМ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВЕ

Abstract

В статье приводится понятие репродуктивных прав физического лица. Перечисленные репродуктивные права человека. Анализируются репродуктивные права человека, закрепленные в семейном законодательстве, предлагаются изменения и дополнения к отдельным нормам Семейного кодекса Украины. Делается вывод о необходимости принятия отдельного нормативного акта, который бы урегулировал эту группу прав физического лица.

The article provides a general description of individual reproductive rights. The authors analyse the essence of reproductive rights, and define an individual’s reproductive rights. The authors propose amendments to certain norms of Family Code of Ukraine. The authors making conclusions about on the need for a separate regulation that would regulate this group of individual rights.
