
В статье отражена значимость туристско-информационных центров для российского туристского бизнеса. Рассмотрены существующие проблемы в их функционировании. Автор впервые обосновывает возможность и необходимость предоставления туристско-информационным центром аутсорсинговых услуг туристским компаниям.The article reflects the importance of tourist information centers for the Russian tourist business. The existing problems in their functioning are considered. The author for the first time proves the possibility and the need for providing tourist companies with outsourcing services.
