Abstract

В данной статье был проделан теоретический анализ методологии организационного консультирования в условиях организации. В ней рассмотрены основные задачи, решаемые при использовании методов преобразования больших групп, основные эффекты, возникающие в большой группе, выделены основные направления и главные принципы реализации этих методов, а также концептуальные фундаментальные положения, лежащие в их основе.

This article analyzes the methodology of the organization advising in a company. It presents major tasks, solved through the usage of methods of large group transformations as well as major effects emerging in large groups. It outlines main directions and principles of implementation of these methods as well as fundamental conceptual issues, belonging to their basis.
