Abstract

The authors determine main socio-economic, medical-biological and environmental problems that limit development of northern regions of Russia. The article suggests a solution based on using of innovation physical-chemical nano-biotechnologies in the field of processing of natural northern biological raw-material (mechanical-chemical, processing with carbon dioxide under condition of hypercritical liquid) and biophysical neuro-physiological technologies.
