Abstract

The article examines the experience of assessing recreational use elements of the environment based on the assessment of consumer aesthetic parameters for example settlements Belgorod region, including the region КМА. Identified factors recreational use of individual elements of the environment. Carried out by groups of holidaymakers distribution depending on the frequency of recreational outlets. Established that the possibility of recreation in the settlements is closely connected with the peculiarities of the natural environment that they contain, and that much depends on the kind of industrial activity, which has been implemented population of lifestyle. Thus, based on the assessment of consumer aesthetic parameters of the medium, it is possible to identify the existing problems of the organization and use of recreational spaces, suggest appropriate recommendations.

В статье рассматривается опыт оценки рекреационного использования элементов среды на основе результатов оценки эстетико-потребительских параметров, на примере населенных пунктов Белгородской области, в том числе региона КМА. Выявлены коэффициенты рекреационного использования отдельных элементов среды. Проведено распределение рекреантов по группам в зависимости от частоты рекреационных выходов. Установлено, что возможность осуществления рекреации в населенных пунктах тесно связана с особенностями того природного окружения, которое они вмещают, и, что многое зависит от той производственной деятельности, которая реализуется населением, от образа жизни. Таким образом, на основе результатов оценки эстетико-потребительских параметров среды, можно выявить существующие проблемы организации и использования рекреационных пространств, предложить соответствующие рекомендации.
