Abstract

В статье поднимается вопрос о неиспользованных потенциальных возможностях действующей бюджетно-страховой модели финансирования в государственных медицинских учреждениях, о существующем опыте их использования, а также о переходе к более эффективной модели финансирования страховой, использующей преимущественно рыночные механизмы управления, позволяющей значительно повысить качество оказываемой помощи в медицинских учреждениях, которые работают в системе обязательного медицинского страхования.

In the article the question on the unused potential opportunities of the acting budgetary insurance model of financing in state medical institutions, about existing experience of their use, and also about transition to more effective model of financing insurance, using predominary market mechanisms of the management is considered, allowing considerably to increase quality of the rendered help in medical institutions which work in system of obligatory medical insurance.
