The article considers the conditions of safety at Russian enterprises of small and medium-sized business. The author reveals that the condition of labor protection in small and medium-sized businesses is much worse than the one at large business enterprises. Improvement of the situation the author connects with the government support for small and medium-sized businesses and a change in institutional conditions.

В статье рассмотрены условия охраны труда на российских предприятиях малого и среднего бизнеса. Выявлено, что обстановка с охраной труда на предприятиях малого и среднего бизнеса значительно хуже, чем на предприятиях крупного бизнеса. Улучшение ситуации автор связывает с господдержкой предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса и изменением институциональных условий.
