Об особенностях уголовной ответственности и наказания несовершеннолетних

Abstract

This article is devoted to problems of theoretical understanding of peculiarities of criminal responsibility and punishment for minors, and complexities of their practical using. The author underlines the importance of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (Febr. 11, 2011 № 1). The new achievements of Russian criminal-law doctrine which were formulated in special dissertational researches have been used in this article.

Статья посвящена проблемам теоретического понимания особенностей уголовной ответственности и наказания несовершеннолетних и сложностям их практического применения. Автор подчеркивает важность предписаний постановления Пленума Верховного Суда РФ от 11 февраля 2011 г. № 1. В статье использованы новые достижения российской уголовно-правовой доктрины, сформулированные в специальных диссертационных исследованиях.
