Abstract

The paper describes and specifies the procedure of architectural space structure building and division on the basis of current social processes and population needs according to a parametric/digital method. The study is given to the spatial grid of the Akademgorodok social center in Irkutsk on the basis of cell module structures where a cell is an individual element of the general structure of the researched space. The article also deals with the development stages of spatial cells in the part of Oktyabrskiy district area of Irkutsk from 2002 to 2014. The procedure offers to consider space in terms of territory division into cell modules of different configurations and parameters, where each cell is a set of social processes and social factors of population, which eventually form living environment.
