Патогенетическое и клиническое обоснование эффективности кортексина в составе комплексной терапии дисфункций желудочнокишечного тракта у недоношенных детей

Abstract

У 176 детей с недоношенностью I-IV степени в возрасте от одних суток до четырех месяцев жизни проведен анализ функциональной патологии желудочно-кишечного тракта в контексте ее взаимосвязи с неврологической патологией. Установлено наличие сильной корреляционной зависимости между гипоксическим, геморрагическим поражением центральной нервной системы и развитием гастроэзофагеального и дуоденогастрального рефлюксов. Доказана эффективность препарата Кортексин в составе комплексной терапии неврологической патологии, сопровождающейся гастроинтестинальными моторно-эвакуаторными дисфункциями.
