Abstract

Правовое положение оперативника в странах дальнего зарубежья существенно отличается от правового положения сотрудника оперативного подразделения в России. Авторы рассматривают отдельные проблемы проведения оперативно-розыскных мероприятий и привлечения к конфиденциальному сотрудничеству граждан сотрудниками оперативных подразделений полиции.

Legal status of the operative in foreign countries has a significant difference from the legal status of staff operational unit in Russia. The authors consider some problems of conducting operative and investigative measures and bringing to a confidential co-operation of citizens by operational units of the police.
