Abstract

В статье исследуется проблема необходимости установления статуса субъекта при квалификации преступления, предусмотренного статьей 138 1 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации.

The Article studies necessity of defining the status of the subject at classifying the crime stipulated by Article 138 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
