Некоторые вопросы относительно определения предмета информационного права

Abstract

The concept of the article of informative right is examined. Also in the article of informatively-legal relations is analysed making the article of informative right, that in opinion of author, will simplify their choice in practice, will allow correctly to apply the normatively-legal acts of informative right.

Рассматривается понятие «предмет информационного права», анализируются группы информационно-правовых отношений, составляющие предмет информационного права. Это упростит их выбор на практике и позволит правильно применять нормативно-правовые акты, касающиеся информационного права.
